Terms of delivery

The delivery is NOT included in the price of the merchandise. We can deliver the order, but an additional charge will be added. We will inform you regarding the delivery method and any additional costs before processing with the order.

The delivery time for all the EU countries is between 2-7 business days.

When paying via bank transfer, the funds may take one-to-two business days. That is why this period is not included in the delivery time. On receipt of your order, we will send the product once a confirmation of payment has been received.

When paying via a debit or credit card, we will send the product immediately upon a notification of a successful transfer of funds.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number to track your order.

Transportation of the order is provided by DPD, TOPTRANS, and UPS.
